MyRelay ("we," "our," or "us") offers paid Creator Plus subscriptions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds and cancellations work for subscription payments processed through our payment providers (e.g. Razorpay).
Creator Plus is billed monthly or annually. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page in the dashboard.
Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to Creator Plus features until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer refunds in the following situations:
We do not provide refunds for partial months or years, or simply because you changed your mind after the purchase. Once a billing period has started, that period is non-refundable except as stated above.
To request a refund, contact us with your account email and a brief reason:

Include your registered email and, if applicable, the transaction or invoice reference. We will respond within a few business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method in accordance with our payment provider's timelines.
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged again. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of the current billing period; you keep access until the period ends. After that, your account will revert to the free plan and paid-only features (e.g. hiding branding, advanced analytics, lead capture) will be disabled as described in our Terms of Service.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Creator Plus after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we may notify you by email or a notice in the product.
