MyRelay is a bio link platform that allows users to create a single link to share all their content, products, and contact options. The Service includes profile creation, link management, analytics tracking, and public profile pages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRelay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
